Fixed Base Operator is in place.
He is in charge of hanger and
tie-down rentals.
He rents building/hanger space
to various private companies that operate out of the airport.
He makes sure the airport
meets federal, state and local standards.
He seeks grants and matching
funds from various government organizations.
